How long does it take for my order to arrive?

These goods are manufactured on your demand.Processing time is the time factories would take to manufacture these. The processing time varies from 1 to 15 days depending on the product.
Once processed, your packet is out for delivery. The Tracking ID is sent via mail and henceforth, you can track the status of your parcel.

Why do you take 3-21 working days to deliver?
Mistics collaborates with design houses.These units require a 1-15 working days time to process the order.These are then shipped which requires 3-6 working days. Hence,the delivery time. But we guarantee that the products will be worth the wait.

What should I do if i miss my delivery?
We understand that you can't wait at home ( or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you've placed the order till it's delivered to you.We will make two attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day.
so, in case you've missed the order delivery -
First thing to do : Don't worry

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
Incase your order is still under processing you can change the delivery address by writing to us at email@example.com.
However, if your parcel has been shipped no such changes can be made.
What delivey carriers do you use?

How do I track my puchase?
In order to track you purchase you will have to create an account with Mistics.Once your shipment is Shipped an email would be sent to you along with you Tracking ID.
Login to your profile -> My Purchase -> Tracking
Visit Track Your Order link in the footer menu.
If you are still unable to track you parcel please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the you can track you parcel only after it has been shipped. The parcels would be shipped after 2-15 working days ( processing time).
Why has my order been shipped in two or more packages?
To ensure best experience, we ideally ship all products of the order together.However, there might be instances where some products might be ready to ship earlier than other products.To make sure you don't wait even a minute longer than you have to, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment.We will notify you each time a shipment is dispatched so you can track it until we knock your door.
Can I have free shipping?
You are eligible for Free shipping for order values above 2000.
What are the various modes of payment at Mistics?
You can pay using a Credit Card, Debit Card ,Net Banking AND PayTM option. All these are prepaid methods of placing an order.You can also pay using "Cash on Delivery" method(only for selective pin codes)
Is Cash-on-Delivery available ?

For Cash-on-Delivery orders,can I check the package before making the payment?
Our courier person will hand over the package to you to open only once the payment has been made.
Is it safe to shop online if i make payment using Net Banking,Debit Card or Credit Card?

Where is Mistics located?
Mistics is an INDIA based online shopping company.Currently we do not have any physical store.
What are the various statuses an order can have?
The various statuses are:
Confirmed:This means that an order has been placed and the confimation has been sent to you.
Dispatched: This means that the order is speeding towards you.
Delivered: This means that the order has been delivered to you.
How do I place my order?
1.Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you find something you like,choose the relevant size (refer our size chart) and click on the 'Add to Cart' button (you can add multiple products to your cart)
2. In 'My Cart' you can either choose to continue shopping or confim the order
3.To procees ,you can either log into your existing Mistics account (or ceate one) or simply checkout as a 'Guest'
4. Once this is all set, proceed to checkout, confirm you shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm your order.
Why don't you have a Refund or Return Policy?
Unlike other sites we are not backed by big financial companies.We are a small startup passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable pricing.Our business model does not give us the flexibility to give refunds,returns or exchange.
What if my order has not arrived by the expected Delivery date?
Relax.Your money is safe with us.Sometimes the shipping of the product might take 2-3 days extra due to weather conditions or other unpredictable circumstances.In any such case,please email us at email@example.com.We will get back to you earliest!

Will the out-of-stock products be back in stock?
Restocking is subject to demand.Incase we receive repeated requests from a number of customers (via mail) for a particular article,we shall restock it. Incase you have requested a 'product restock' you will be informed of arrival of that product via mail.
Do you accept bulk orders ?
Yes, we do. You can mail us with your order and design details at email@example.com. We can work out a spiffy discount for you depending on the quantity.

What does One size mean?
One size or free size does not mean the item will fit all,it means that the item comes only in one size.Usually it will fit people who wear S,M or L Size.
